Our Pricing

You can get a price for almost anything online. Except home repairs.

That's not an accident and we're hoping to change that.  

We believe homeowners and businesses deserve honesty and predictability. That's why we use a flat rate pricing system that's transparent from the start. A large majority of services we offer has a set price, published online, before we show up.

No upselling. No hidden fees. No guessing games. No "well, now that I'm here..." nonsense. The price is the price.

A 3.5% charge will be added to all credit card payments & 1% to all ACH payments. This charge will be waived for cash payments  

Our Team

We operate as a profit-sharing company, this means our team members have true ownership in what they do. People work differently when they own what they're building. Our team isn't racing through your job to get to the next one. They're not cutting corners. They benefit when you're happy, when you come back, when you tell your family & friends, your boss or your neighbor about us. When they succeed, the business succeeds, and you get better service as a result.

Our Costs

We're licensed and insured so if something goes wrong, you're protected. We pay our employees a real living wage, not day labor rates. They get holidays off. They get vacations. They can support a family and build a life working here.

That costs more to operate. We're not going to pretend otherwise.

This means you get skilled workers who show up on time, do quality work, and aren't trying to cut corners or rush to the next cash job. You get a real business standing behind the work, not someone who disappears when there's a problem.
