- IMPORTANT NOTE -

Flat-rate pricing cannot be reduced or bypassed by booking the same work under hourly services.

Why?
Not all work is the same.

Some tasks are billed based on expertise, time and required effort, while others are priced based on a defined outcome that carries a set value regardless of how long it takes.

Example:
You may book us hourly to investigate an issue, such as tracking down an electrical flicker inside a wall. This is a discovery-based task where time and troubleshooting determine the cost.

While a job like installing a ceiling fan, is a standard installation with a very specific scope, skill requirement, and responsibility. That type of work is priced as a flat-rate service and cannot be converted to hourly pricing.

Different types of work require different levels of skill, planning, and accountability — and they are priced accordingly.

What will my final cost be

Your total cost will include:

  • Flat Rate Service (determined with applicable details)

  • Labor (when booking hourly services)

  • Materials or parts (when required)

  • Applicable taxes

  • A 3.49% charge will be added for all tap to pay, credit or debit card payments, 1% for ACH bank payments. No additional charge if paying with cash.

Pricing is based on the most accurate information available prior to service and may adjust only if the scope of work changes or additional parts are required.

Additional Info

Even when the task appears similar on the surface no two homes, buildings, or projects are exactly the same. Existing conditions, previous repairs, materials, and many other things affect how work is performed once we "get under the hood". Our pricing reflects real world conditions and is designed to be consistent and transparent. If there's a service you cant find please contact us for a quote.

Still not sure

If you’re unsure whether your project should be booked hourly or as a flat-rate service, contact us before booking. We’ll help you choose the correct option so pricing stays accurate and expectations are clear.
