Refund Policy

Handyman General aims for 100% satisfaction. This policy outlines refunds for our services.

Flat-Rate Services

Non-refundable once work begins. Covers specified labor/materials only—extras billed separately. If job can't proceed (e.g., unforeseen issues), we'll prorate or reschedule.

Hourly Services

Billed for actual time (including setup/troubleshooting). Minimum
1-hour charge. No refunds for completed work; disputes reviewed case-by-case.

Cancellations and No-Shows

  • 24+ hours notice: No fee.

  • less than 24 hours notice: Up to 50% fee.

  • Same-day/no-show: Full minimum charge. Emergency bookings: Non-refundable once team dispatched.

Dispute Resolution

Contact us within 7 days of service with details/photos. We'll investigate and, if valid, issue refunds/credits at our discretion (processed via original method within 14 days).

Refunds exclude third-party fees (e.g., payment processors).
