Appliance Installation
All installation prices are for replacing existing appliances with current hookups already in place. Pricing does not cover new electrical wiring, new venting, duct work, or new water line runs. Those jobs require permits and a custom quote. We connect, level, and test your new appliance to make sure everything runs right before we leave. Appliances not included in pricing.

What's NOT Included
New electrical circuits, outlets, or wiring. New plumbing or water line installation. New venting, duct work, or gas line runs. Cabinet modifications or custom trim work. Appliance purchase, warranty, or repair. Permit work of any kind (requires custom quote).
Typical Job Includes
Appliance positioning and leveling. Water supply and drain connections (dishwasher/washer/fridge). Electrical plug ins. Dryer vent connection. Over range microwave mounting.

What's Required From You?
Appliance delivered and accessible on site. Old appliance emptied and defrosted if applicable. Clear path from entry to install location. Existing hookups in working condition. Know your connection type (gas or electric, water line yes or no). Appliance should be on the same floor as install location. We can move appliances between floors for an additional charge. Old appliance removed or note if removal needed (additional charge).
