HVAC Maintenance
We replace your air filter and perform a basic HVAC maintenance check to keep your system running efficiently. Service includes your choice of air filter, installation, and a visual inspection of your system for any obvious concerns. Prices are for single air handler systems designed for service areas up to 2500 sq ft, larger/multi unit systems will required additional costs.
The Air Handler Cleaning option adds a vacuum and wipe down of the air handler cabinet interior and exterior to remove dust and debris buildup keeping the system running longer.
Already have your own filter? Let us know when you book and we'll reduce the price accordingly.
What's NOT Included
HVAC repair or refrigerant work. Duct cleaning. Full system inspection or diagnostics. Furnace or heat pump service. Electrical work. Custom or non standard filter sizes may require additional cost.
Typical Job Includes
Replace AC filter. Visual inspection of system for obvious issues. Air handler cleaning if selected

What's Required From You?
Know your filter size if possible. Make sure the air handler or furnace is accessible. Let us know if you have more than one system. If supplying your own filter, have it on site before appointment.
