Install prehung exterior door
Replace exterior door using a prehung door unit within an existing doorway. The existing door and frame are removed if needed and the new door frame is positioned, leveled, and secured so the door seals and operates correctly. This service assumes a standard residential door opening and typical wall construction. Painting or staining of new / previously installed trim not included in price.
What's NOT Included
Structural framing changes, resizing openings, siding or brick modification, stucco repair, flashing reconstruction, threshold rebuilds, insulation replacement, painting, or exterior finish repairs beyond normal installation work.
Typical Job Includes
Remove existing door and frame. Install prehung exterior unit. Shim, level, and plumb. Install threshold and weatherstrip. Seal perimeter with foam and caulk.

What's Required From You?
The door unit, trim, and hardware must be on-site before arrival unless being supplied separately. The work area must be accessible and clear, and the existing opening must be structurally sound and sized for the replacement door.
