Wall painting in individual rooms. Includes surface prep, taping edges, two-coat application, and cleanup. Ceiling painting available if requested. Priced per square foot of wall coverage area. Measure wall height times total wall length for your room. Customer supplies paint and supplies.
What's NOT Included
Paint or supplies. Trim or baseboard painting (add-on). Wallpaper removal. Major drywall repair. Furniture moving. Rooms with vaulted ceilings over 12ft (quote required). Color consultation.

Wall painting (two coats). Ceiling painting if requested. Taping of trim, windows, and outlets. Surface prep and cleanup.

3-6 hours depending on room size
What's Required From You?
Paint and supplies on site. Room emptied or furniture centered and covered. Outlet and switch covers removed.
